In 2012, D&R Communications acquired Lathian Systems to form D+R LATHIAN. The combination of D&R’s direct marketing expertise and Lathian’s digital solutions and technology platform help establish D+R LATHIAN as a leading provider of technology-enabled pharmaceutical multichannel marketing (MCM) solutions.

Jennifer Nuzzo

Since joining D&R in 1999, Jennifer has managed the successful execution of all programs through a dedicated team of creative, account, production and digital co-workers. Previously, she worked in the publishing and print industries where she learned the print process and the demands of a fast-paced and detailed environment. Jennifer holds a BA in marketing and communications from Rutgers University.


Scott Miller

As a graduate of Queens College with a BA in Accounting, Scott’s career prior to joining D+R LATHIAN in 2002 has taken him through Corporate America, Wall Street, and top International Law Firms. His responsibilities extend beyond the scope of numbers and client contracts as he also handles all aspects of the company’s back office including Human Resources, benefits, pension plans, insurance, and space planning.


Chris Teo

Chris has been an integral part of the Lathian team since 2004 and has launched over 200 eDetails/Interactive Learning Modules. He specializes in analytics and reporting. His other responsibilities include Web and mobile content, email design and delivery, and information technology infrastructure. Chris holds a BA in Computer Science from Harding University.


Damon Smith

Prior to D+R LATHIAN, Damon worked on the client side of the business for 14 years with Schering-Plough & Meda Pharma in sales, marketing, and sales training. He has been working to help brands achieve their strategic imperatives through multichannel communications since 2010. Damon holds a BA from Franklin & Marshall College.
